Free 12-month maintenance on new installations
At DSC Security, we’re truly committed to keeping your home safe, so we’re offering free 12-month maintenance services on parts and labour for all new installations. Around the 12-month mark, we’ll provide a full inspection and preventive maintenance services on your system to ensure that everything is in perfect working order.
Please note that this covers equipment-related problems only, so external factors like vandalism or weather damage do not apply.
Annual maintenance contracts
At the end of the initial 12-month period, we offer annual maintenance contracts and service plans to ensure continued benefits like 24-hour maintenance and cheaper call-out charges.
Contracts are optional, but your NACOSS certification requires a maintenance contract to remain valid, and our engineers will not respond to non-contract customers after normal business hours.
Full-service residential contracts
When you purchase a residential alarm system from DSC Security, your first 12 months come with a fully inclusive contract that covers all parts, call out, and labour charges for equipment related problems.
After the initial contract expires, we offer reliable residential contracts that cover 24-hour emergency services and regularly scheduled preventive maintenance.
