Referral Reward Scheme - Terms & Conditions
Duration of reward
Scheme
This reward scheme will run from 1st November 2008 until 31st
December 2009 and will be reviewed at this date.
Eligibility
To be eligible to receive a reward to the value of £20.00 you must be an
existing account customer of dsc security and you
must introduce us to a new customer, within the dates of the scheme,
who proceeds to order and pay in full for a complete new Intruder
Alarm installation which complies with current NACOSS requirements.
If the person you are referring contacts us first, before you have
provided us with their details, you will only be eligible for the
reward if you complete the necessary form within 7 working days of
them initially contacting us and they confirm that you did indeed
recommend them to us.
If your referral does not result in an Intruder Alarm installation for
whatever reason, you will not be eligible to receive the reward and
dsc security will not enter into any
correspondence.
This is a reward scheme for genuine introductions and dsc
security reserve the right to refuse a claim if it is not
made in the spirit for which the scheme was intended.
Procedure
You must first log on to www.dscsecurity.co.uk/referral.htm and supply the information
requested, providing us with your name & dsc security
account reference, the details of the interested person and your
choice of reward. We will contact you by e-mail, to confirm receipt
of your referral.
Alternatively, you can call us on 01344 779779 and provide us with these
details and we will complete a manual form. We will confirm receipt
of your referral in writing.
We will then contact the person you have referred to us confirming that
you did indeed recommend us to them, that they are interested in
receiving a specification and price for installing an Intruder Alarm
System, and to arrange for our surveyor to visit them to carry out a
survey to ascertain their requirements. If our Specification and
price is accepted and the installation proceeds to completion and
full payment of their new Intruder Alarm installation is received,
we will contact you, preferably by e-mail, to confirm your reward.
Within 30 days of receiving full payment from your referral, we will
either: -

credit your account with us and forward a credit note for £20
(inc VAT)

send
£20 worth of Marks & Spencer’s vouchers to you in the post

send
payment of £20 to your chosen charity and request confirmation
of this directly to you by the charity
No other form of reward will be available other than the above choices.
