Domestic CCTV systems

Domestic CCTV systems can provide an effective solution for home security. You have probably noticed the array of different systems on the market and choosing the right surveillance camera system can be mind boggling! We have tried to simplify this by putting together a dsc security domestic system that is easy to use and can be as small or large as your needs require.

DVR

The hub of the system, a DVR (digital video recorder) is about the size of an average DVD player and can be installed anywhere in your home, capable of real-time recording on every channel, single audio input assignable to any individual or all channels, DVD backup, 2-way talkback and the very latest compression technology H264, our DVR is far from an "ordinary" DVR. The units vary in capacity (GB's) depending on how many cameras are required, all cameras are connected back to this point along with a connection to your broadband (if required) for viewing live/recorded images remotely over the internet via a web browser or by its own client software, as well as the built in mobile phone software. An LCD monitor is usually installed with the DVR or it can be linked into your existing computer set-up.

CCTV Cameras

The new dsc security range of domestic cameras offers a superb choice for any installation...

It offers 2 individual camera models in 4 attractive metallic finishes.

Each metallic finish has been carefully selected to blend in with a wide range of environments both indoors and outdoors.

In addition to the ever-popular silver and graphite finishes, the cameras are also available in metallic - Soft Champagne or Classic Copper.

The standard domes are available as a 420TVL mid-res option or a high-res 530TVL.

With true colour reproduction during daylight hours, each camera has a built in photocell to automatically switch on in on-board IR LEDs for great night-time surveillance.

        

Maintenance

Here at dsc security we offer maintenance contracts for CCTV systems, we feel this is an important part of the ongoing operation of the system as to get the best out of any CCTV system it needs to be maintained on a regular basis.
