Emizon 21 launches new Grade 2 & Grade 3 communication packages
Classic Redcare is only a single path connection through to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). A simple way to describe how this system works, is to use the analogy of a broadband connection to the Internet, it is always active. There are no call charges associated with this type of service.
If the phone line is cut, then the Redcare STU will not be able to communicate with the ARC anymore and your system will rely only on your internal & external warning devices to attract attention. However the ARC will know that the line has been lost/cut, and will try to make contact to confirm if there is a problem.

If this is not acceptable to you, then you will need to choose one of the Dual Path Monitoring Services available. Redcare GSM, Dualcom GPRS or Emizon 21
